The property “hot spot” in Brazil is the region of Ceara, specifically the beachfront locations near to the city of Fortaleza.
Uruau
Approximately 1 hour’s drive to the South East of Fortaleza, Uruau sits between two small fishing hamlets.
This large expanse of land is comprised mainly of rolling sand dunes, broken up by palm groves and small lakes.
The area is unspoilt and natural, the roaring Atlantic Ocean provides a feeling of completely raw freedom.
Uruau is ideal for those looking to purchase land plots (especially front-line beach) for long term investment or building a private residence.
Both fishing villages on either side of the area are easily accessible from the main road.
A simple lunch or dinner is available from various beachside restaurants – the speciality is, of course, fresh fish which in most cases has just been caught by a friendly fisherman who will proudly show it to you before eating.
A simple three course meal with drinks is likely to set you back less than 8€ / £5 per head.
The area between the two villages, Uruau is accessible only by 4 wheel drive vehicle (although road access will be added as development begins).
Driving across huge sand dunes and along the shore in such a way is incredibly exciting – exhilarating in fact.
