Partner Programme Details

IPLIPL look for partners that can strategically or directly confer, or assist and/or provide IPL with access to organisations, companies, corporations, investment companies or individual investors, that are looking for small to large investment opportunities (short to medium term), and/or have an interest in purchasing a single or several overseas properties.

IPL offer a commission which is based on the converted opportunities. There are different levels of commission and other business options which are largely dependent upon the business and profile of the company and the turnover of the converted opportunities.


IPL gives your business access to;
• An extensive IPL worldwide network and portfolio of overseas properties, land and investments.
• An investment advisor service
• A telesales service

IPL does not require that their partners follow-up or convert the identified opportunity. However, IPL do expect their partners to ensure that whatever opportunity is identified is that of a serious and legitimate interest in making an investment or buying an overseas property.

The opportunities identified by partners are handed over to IPL and followed-up by a specially trained team of professional experts from both the corporate business and sales and marketing sector.

The partner is under no obligation to invest any equity nor is there any contractual obligation if no opportunities are identified. IPL do however, reserve the right to terminate the partner agreement after a given time and opportunity that is mutually contractual.

The questionnaire is not a contract and is not legally binding. This questionnaire is so that IPL can be sure that the potential partner is compatible with IPL and their objectives.

This questionnaire is integral to the selection criteria for businesses wishing to enter into the partner programme.
