The best way to buy a home here in Turkey is during one of our inspection trips, from a duration of three to six nights.

During our inspection trips you will receive priceless information right the way through from start to finish, from purchasing property in Turkey to our rental procedure, receiving all relevant paperwork, and legal documentation on the way.

You will get to know the area and have the opportunity to speak to others who have done the same thing you are contemplating. At the end of your visit you will be an expert on our properties and the purchasing procedures here in Turkey.

FOR DEVELOPMENTS IN ALANYA:

We recommend that clients fly to Antalya airport. There they will be met by our English speaking representatives who will make arrangements for good quality accommodation. Once refreshed, customers will be taken to see developments of interest and also to local towns to get a feel for the area.

FOR DEVELOPMENTS IN OTHER AREAS:

We recommend that clients fly to Bodrum airport.

1st Day

· Arrive in Bodrum – Turkey Airport.
· Meet a one of our representatives
· Arrive at one of your chosen hotels.

2nd Day

· Breakfast at the hotel.
· Morning spent relaxing in one of Turkey’s most famous Hamam’s (Turkish Bath)
· Lunch at the local harbour restaurant
· Afternoon – Inspection of our properties and local areas.
· Evening Dinner.

3rd Day

· Breakfast at the hotel
· An over night visit to Fethiye, where you can view and take notes on our finished projects.
· Evening meal
· N.B Hotel provided.

4th Day

· Breakfast in local village.
· Travel back to Bodrum.
· Lunch.
· Re-visit your chosen project.
· Back to your hotel for an evening meal.

5th Day

· Breakfast in the hotel.
· Re-inspection of the properties, reservation and contracts.
· Lunch at local restaurant.
· Afternoon re-inspection, reservation and contracts
· Evening dinner

6th Day

· Breakfast in the hotel
· All day boat trip or jeep safari
· Evening meal

7th Day

· Breakfast in the hotel
· Depart for airport.

Inspection trip terms and conditions

These conditions apply to inspection trips booked from 1st November to 30th June:
· We will provide the following to all customers booking an inspection trip at a price of £99.00 (149 Euro) per person:
· Return Flights to Bodrum or Izmir Airports
· Three to six nights’ accommodation at one of our hotels on a bed and breakfast basis
· Personal representative to accompany and assist in viewing any properties.
· Flight destinations will be at our discretion and will be based on availability and cost. Transfer time from Bodrum approx. half and hour and Izmir 2 hours
